Weekly and short break bookings spanning across a month end are charged at the higher month rate. Outside the main holiday periods, short break holidays can be arranged at the following % of the weekly rate: 2 nights 45%, 3 nights 55%, 4 nights 65%, 5 nights 85%. Bed linen/duvets: Included in price. Towel hire:  €4 per person per week (not to be removed from property). 1 bath and 1 hand towel. Heating by oil fired radiators. Electricity by meter. The rear of the property is ideal for the storage of bikes, fishing gear, and other outdoor activity equipment. Babysitters by arrangement.
